Our founders, embarked on this flavourful journey to recreate the essence of Sri Lankan and South Indian street food and dining experiences in the vibrant city of Liverpool. Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Monitor food production and ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures
Experience
  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role is required
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
  • Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry is a plus

Chef (5 Positions)

Responsibilities(Menu Development and liaison)
  • To Prepare and serve meals with attention to detain and to the
  • Stock control and management
  • Budgeting to ensure departmental KPI’S are achieved
  • Maintain Accurate health and safety and hygienic levels and associated paperwork
  • Ability’s to work on your own and develop a team
  • To always work in the best interests of the business and your colleagues to develop a team
  • you will be integra in developing the kitchen
  • Developing the kitchen building a team and driving the business ensuring that thorough the quality and the USP of your food that we can become a destination for excellent food
  • The abilities and vision to develops a menu in conjunction in the management team is essential
